By purchasing, receiving, or using a G Cane product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Product Use
The G Cane is designed solely as a walking aid and fashion accessory. It is not intended for athletic use, golfing, medical treatment, rehabilitation, or any use other than ordinary walking support.
The G Cane is created from vintage wooden golf clubs and should not be used to strike golf balls or for any purpose other than its intended use.
User Responsibility
The purchaser and user assume full responsibility for the proper selection, inspection, and use of the G Cane. Users should inspect the product prior to each use to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
The G Cane should only be used on stable surfaces and within the user's physical capabilities.
Assumption Risk
Use of any walking aid carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, property damage, or other accidents.
By purchasing or using the G Cane, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use.
Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G Cane, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising out of or related to:
- The use or misuse of the G Cane;
- Improper assembly, alteration, or modification of the product;
- Failure to inspect or maintain the product;
- Use inconsistent with the product instructions or warnings;
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
By purchasing or using a G Cane product, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless G Cane and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from the use of the product, except where prohibited by law.

The G Cane is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Users should consult with a healthcare professional regarding whether a walking aid is appropriate for their individual needs.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in writing, G Cane products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law
This Disclaimer and Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
